Cookie Policy

Last updated: 28 June 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They let the site remember your actions and preferences (such as your language and your cookie choice) and help us understand how the site is used. We also use “similar technologies” (such as local storage) for the same purposes; in this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies”.

2. Your consent comes first

In line with EU rules and the guidance of the Belgian Data Protection Authority, non-essential cookies (analytics and marketing) are only placed after you give your consent. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you Accept all, Reject all, or Manage preferences by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:

3. Categories of cookies we use

3.1 Strictly necessary / functional cookies

These are required for the website to work properly and cannot be switched off. They are set without consent because the site cannot function without them.

alm-langRemembers your selected language (EN/NL/FR)First-party (local storage) · persistent

3.2 Analytics cookies (consent required)

These help us measure traffic and understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. Information is aggregated and does not directly identify you. They are only set if you accept analytics.

3.3 Marketing / advertising cookies (consent required)

These would be used to deliver and measure relevant advertising. We do not set marketing cookies unless you explicitly opt in. If we add them in future, examples will be listed here.

4. How the banner enforces opt-in

Our cookie banner blocks all non-essential cookies and scripts until you give consent for the relevant category. Analytics and marketing tags only run after you accept that category, in line with EU opt-in rules.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

In addition to our cookie settings, you can manage or delete cookies directly in your browser. Most browsers let you block or remove cookies from the settings menu. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
